In 1999, Emma Barton, Managing Director, launched the Rubicon Label, after recognising a need in the market place to provide a specialist service for sales, marketing, revenue & events personnel at all levels in the hotel/hospitality sector.
She says “It was obvious to me following 11 years in the recruitment sector, sales people were crying out for a specialist who could offer a tailor made service, without the frills and fabrications, and where financial gain was not the motivating factor.”

As co-founder of Rubicon, Sally launched the business with Emma in 1999. Prior to becoming Financial Director at Rubicon, Sally previously worked and specialised in Accounts, working across various industries including retail and engineering.
Sally is responsible for the operational success of the business, managing Finance, Human Resources and leading the Administration team.
As the frugal, logical and “grounded” member of the Executive team, Sally’s non-risk strategy is to prevent Emma spending too much money!
