As Assistant M&E Manager, you will be responsible for managing the reactive team in both sales and planning, setting clear targets for each individual and the department. You will also handle a select few key accounts who are significant to the hotel, arranging between 4-6 events per annum with immense attention to detail. With overall responsibility to deputise for the M&E Manager which includes forecasting and contributing to the budget presentation, full training will be provided.
We are looking for a candidate who leads by example, offering dynamism, polish, and scrutiny, alongside the ability to be creative and entrepreneurial with a clear vision to lead this team.
