My client, a leading hotel management company require a Director of Sales with extensive knowledge of the MICE segment, to join the team at their historic, resort Hotel in the Midlands. With extensive M&E and resort facilities this property is the ideal venue for meetings, conferences and social events.

You will be responsible developing a strategy to grow the MICE business including high level networking across the midlands, driving pipeline from the local market and expanded feeder markets and proactively manage a pre-determined number of accounts. Part of your role will also include working closely with the General Manager, revenue team and reactive sales office supporting with conversion and show arounds.
