I am working on behalf of my client a well-known hospitality brand, who are recruiting this rare, executive appointment for a Group Director of Revenue.
In this challenging role you will be responsible for supporting, directing and leading one of the best Revenue teams in the business, delivering goals via clear implementation and delivery of strategy using simple processes and measures to drive continuous improvement. Working closely and reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, part of your role will include feasibility studies for potential new openings, annual budgeting for hotels and rebranding properties. Strong leadership is essential for this position, demonstrating a track record in coaching and developing senior revenue personnel to allow maximisation of returns and hotel growth through market share and profitability.
The successful candidate will be experienced at board level interaction, ideally familiar with mixed portfolios, from full service midscale to luxury, with a strong commercial awareness, technical ability & corporate brand understanding.
