I am seeking candidates with a strong leaning towards mentoring Sales Managers in the hospitality industry, who will be interested in joining a well-known UK hotel brand.

Covering UK wide, but with a southern Head Office base, this role requires individuals who are experienced in training and development, performance management, coaching and guidance in sales.  You will be responsible for setting the Hotel sales and marketing plans, whilst supporting the General Managers with the management of the Sales Team, through effective recruitment and monitoring agreed KPI’s, the Group Sales Director will also generate pipelines of business from existing accounts in the Corporate and MICE segments.

If you feel excited to share your experience with up and coming Sales Managers, are happy to travel throughout the UK and hold a current UK driving licence, with a hospitality track record, I am looking forward to hearing from you!
