We are really excited to be working on behalf of this innovative, fun, exuberant hotel chain, who are recruiting for their first Head of Sales.

Responsible for building a sales department from scratch, you will grow and choose your team, whilst utilising your entrepreneurial skills to manage both account and segment performance, new business, team performance and implement new sales systems.  The key focus will be UK TMC relationships, which you will need in abundance, alongside key corporate buyers across London and potentially even wholesale or groups contacts.

If you are self-driven, hands on, curious, and passionate about your journey and you are currently leading a department as a Head of Corporate Sales, or Cluster DOS, this is a great next step for you.

This organisation is pacey, direct, with no red tape and layers of authority, so responses will need to reflect this company culture.
