I am looking for a seasoned Account Director to join this international portfolio to manage and maximise market share for a range of key clients who produce multi-million pound revenues across the UK estate.

You will independently create and execute detailed annual sales plans to achieve agreed revenue from meeting planners and conference & incentive agencies along with conducting regular client visits, cross selling and promoting the group whilst proactively identifying, targeting and winning new accounts.

As part of a focused and passionate team, you will be target driven with previous experience of new business development with strong negotiation and communication skills.  Our client will provide you with exposure to international destinations, working alongside a well reputed mentor.

We seek an individual who has European conference and events market experience with a minimum 5 years’ experience working with meeting planners and the conference and incentive market. If you are self-motivated, well organised with excellent presentation and communication skills, get in touch!
