A much sought after opportunity to join a growing and successful third party agency in South Birmingham. Our client is a well thought of brand looking for a ‘hands on’ leader to manage the day to day running of the Reservations Department.

You will be responsible for liaising with both hotels and clients, encouraging the delivery of KPI’s across the department to ensure targets are reached. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’d be dealing with service level agreements, internal and external reporting and company conversions. Part of your role will also include assisting accounts with payment and commission queries along with being the Relationship Manager for the external IT support company.

If you’re a strong team-manager, confident with multi tasking, system savvy with hotel experience, this role would suit you well! Please note that a driving licence and use of your own car is essential due to the location of the office.
