A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Revenue Manager to join this award winning high-end group based in Berkshire.

This position will have overall revenue responsibility for this collection of small Country House Hotel, reporting into the Director of Marketing and Sales you will be responsible for driving market share & revenue performance through proper pricing & mix management. You will identify new revenue opportunities, optimise & expand distribution partnerships and review & implement new revenue management operations, procedures & processes.

Our client is looking for someone communicative, with excellent analytical skills who is an experienced user of RMS systems, with a proven track record when it comes to achieving revenue targets.

This role is predominantly office based but there will be some travel to your portfolio of hotels, multi property experience is desired but not essential – perhaps you are looking to take a step into your first multi property role, or a step up into more of a luxury hotel brand, if so I’d love to hear from you!
