We are currently recruiting on behalf of a popular, country house hotel in the South East of England. Part of an international chain, the role of Revenue Manger will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for developing, leading and communicating the hotels commercial strategy.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of a reservations and meeting and events team, performance managing the senior team members ensuring development plans are in place. Your knowledge should allow you to identify and pursue all areas of revenue maximisation for all revenue streams along with producing seamless and timely reporting such as forecasting, budgeting and market trends.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of hotels distribution and in-house systems.
