We asked Rubicon to look at a refresher sales negotiation courses for our General Managers. Working with the Regional Directors of Operations, Rubicon delivered a top level course which highlighted the measurables for negotiation. Feedback ensured that the General Managers were more confident to challenge the sales teams.
