Michelle Brennan
Michelle has been a
Consultant with Rubicon for a period of 5 years, and worked closely with
both Directors to launch Rubicon in 1999
Michelle has many years experience recruiting Sales & Marketing
candidates into the middle management sector. She has built up a
trusting and friendly rapport with clients to include; Ramada Jarvis,
Inntel, IHG and Millennium & Copthorne Hotels and Resorts. She strives
in providing a friendly professional and efficient service.
Part of Michelle’s role is to present a consistently high standard of
referenced & interviewed candidates to both domestic & global hotel
groups across the UK. Her assignments include Sales Directors/Account
Managers & Directors and Corporate/Leisure & MICE specialist roles.
One of
Michelle’s key strengths is Head Hunting, she works closely with the
team on specialist projects and this additional service is added to all
her exclusive clients.
Lets
just say that Michelle is not the most ‘techno person’ in the office but
strives on keeping up the team spirit, she is by far the glue that binds
the team together!!! |
