(formerly Weir) joined The Rubicon Portfolio in 2003. Her career has
covered both global hotel groups and key hotel booking agents. Her key
roles being in Business Development and National Account Management.
Sally's area of
expertise is Senior management appointments where she particularly
enjoys recruitment for key account management. She also enjoys
diversifying into revenue management and roles that require expertise in
planning, systems and e-commerce. Sally’s accounts include; Accor,
Village Hotels with Vibe, Travelodge, IHG and Guoman Hotels.
Sally is proud to
have developed very strong relationships with both key clients and
candidates and particularly enjoys the satisfaction of coaching sales
personnel from other industries through the interview process and has
been successful in placing many key candidates into the hotel market |
